After several experiences with non-paying buyers it is now necessary for me to implement E-Bay’s 'un-paid item assistant’ which automatically opens an un-paid item case after 4 days of non-payment for an item. If, after this time, the item remains un-paid or the case unresolved, E-Bay records the unpaid item on the buyer's account. Unfortunately, I will make no exceptions to the four day limit . Please, If you are not sure you want an item or are not a serious buyer, do not make a bid or "buy-it-now." If you've placed a winning bid or clicked the ‘Buy It Now’ button in a listing, you've committed to purchasing that item. ALSO, I have had several experiences with buyers who have listed an incorrect mailing address to which their item would be sent. Please take a moment to verify that you have listed a valid mailing address so as to avoid additional incurred shipping expenses for which the buyer will be responsible.
