    Carl Zeiss 175mm Apo Objective Lens OD 65mm diameter for Zeiss OPMI Surgical Microscopes. Second lens listed. You can see a few dings on the outer objective black carrier, but there are NO flaws, scratches, or issues with the antireflective coating of the glass lens itself.  Threads are in great shape. APO designation means that the lens has Apochromatic correction, which is essential for Ophthalmic Surgical applications. Original-style plastic box case is included.
