    Description

Enola Gay Flight Crew B-29 Bomber Dropped Atomic Bomb Hiroshima Japan Stamp MINT Never Hinged!
This is a cinderella stamp commemorating the dropping of the atomic bomb in World War II and the aircraft flown with its flight crew. The B-29 Superfortress, The Enola Gay, was piloted by Colonel Paul W. Tibbets, Jr. and targeted Hiroshima, Japan. A second bomb was later dropped on Nagasaki. This led to the surrender of Japan to the Allies in World War II in August of 1945. The stamp is
in mint, never hinged without gum condition as issued by a private printer. It is not valid for postage in any country. It would make an interesting addition to any collection of World War 2 memorabilia, United States or Japanese history stamps. FREE clear plastic protective display holder included! Thanks for looking!
