It is Soviet/Russian EYEPIECE Homal-6.
This Homal-6 was made in USSR by
Leningrad Optical Mechanical Association (LOMO).
This Homal is in very good condition.
The glass is clean and clear with no scratches, fungus or haze.

This Homal-6 should be used with objectives for 160mm and 190mm tube length if their powers
to is 5x
20x,
and with infinity tube objectives of 11x to 30x power (using f=250mm tube lens).

For reference:
Homal is a special projecting system used to take pictures in the visible light.
Optical system of homals partially corrects field of view curvature
and magnification chromatic aberrations of achromatic and apochromatic objectives.
But using homals use lose about 1/3 of the field of view.
