Large Antique Die Cut Scrap Victorian Calendar Holder German no date nor calenda

Offering a large die cut calendar base fresh from a trip to Germany - from a small antique shop in a small village - a large; measures almost 13.5" X 11.5" wide - colours are fresh and in overall good condition but for a few loses around the perimeter - at 10 O'clock and 4-5 O'clock there are pieces missing from the gold border.  A lovely couple of children dressed in regional garb - both with hats with she in a dirndl and he with knickers and tied bows on his shoes - package under his arm - she with a couple of love doves in a simple cage on her lap - his package may be roses? All very proper within a gold border simulated to look as if its hammered - with purple and lavender pansies in a rather heart shaped border - offering more calendar backs in other auctions - old store stock and more paper also in other auctions so pls take a look at those - Dresden paper and a nice petit point covered chocolate box -
