  • Condition: This ex-libris and its 768 pages is in good+ condition, the pages are still supple and pliant, there is modest if any toning, there is no noteworthy foxing, soiling, damp-staining, nor type bleed to be found within. The bindings are in very good condition, the hinges are in good order. The covers and spine exhibit quite modest wear from rubbing, scuffing, etc., all of which is well represented in scans.

    This hard-bound book consists of six months of Scribner's Monthly Magazine, which has always been noted for its literary content, and beginning with this new series, they abandoned its prior format. The new magazine, leans more towards topical articles, biographies, fiction, and editorial comment in article format.
    Each monthly installment contains approximately 120 pages, there are numerous within text, as well as full page illustrations throughout.
